This four bedroom self-catering Slovenian holiday villa in a beautiful setting with so much to see and do can be enjoyed for the following prices per week in 2011:

• 09 April - 25 June : £295 (€325)
• 25 June - 3 September : £425 (€470)
• 3 September - 1 October : £295 (€325)
• 1 October  - 17 December : £260 (€290)
• 17 December - 31 December : £375 (€415)

The above prices are for up to four people. 

Each additional guest beyond the stated four people costs an additional £40 (€45) per week.

 

Electricity, gas and firewood are all included.

 

 

If you wish to use the fresh duvet covers, sheets and towels an additional charge is made of Euro 7.5 per person.

 

On arrival you should be welcomed by a Dutch resident of Slovenia who manages the house. He will show you to the property. You pay him a €300 deposit which you get back on your departure less a €40 charge for cleaning and the cost of of the duvets covers, sheets and towels. Also deducted from the deposit is a standard tourist tax. Rates for this tax can vary but as at May 2009 it was

€0.92 per adult per day

€0.46 per child (7 to 17 years per day)

Children under 7 free.

Pets are considered but may require an extra charge.

Please reserve your prefered booking dates with a non-refundable £100 (€110) deposit. The balance should be paid at least 60 days before the start date. Late bookings are also possible but require immediate payment.

All payments can easily be made from your bank account. Either in Pounds Stirling to my UK Bank or in Euros to my European Bank.

Please note: that the internal stairs are steeper than some and, although there are safe hand rails either side, it may not be ideal for the very elderly or those who are particularly infirm. Those guests staying in the winter months should note that the house has two powerful wood burning stoves and electric heaters but does not have central heating. Guests should be prepared to make up the fires with the wood provided to stay warm and cosy if it gets really cold outside.
